Detailed Introduction
The working principle of the inflatable box mixer is to use an external fan to force air supply and cooperate with the mechanical impeller to achieve the mixing and inflation of the slurry. The specific process is as follows:
1、 Core working principle
When the impeller rotates, the slurry is sucked into the blade space from all sides through the groove bottom and the lower end of the impeller, while low-pressure air enters the impeller cavity through the air duct and hollow main shaft. After the slurry and air are fully mixed between the blades, they are discharged from the periphery of the upper half of the impeller. The discharged ore flows diagonally upwards and enters the groove after being stabilized by the stator. Mineralized bubbles rise to the groove surface to form foam, which flows into the foam groove and is recycled to the impeller area.
2、 Structure and Function
The equipment adopts a double slot back-to-back structure, which balances high processing capacity and low energy consumption characteristics. The impeller forms negative pressure self-priming gas through centrifugal force, further enhancing the mixing effect. This structure not only improves the inflation efficiency, but also optimizes the slurry circulation path.
3、 Applicable scenarios
Mainly used in the mineral processing industry, it achieves mineral separation and purification through forced aeration and mechanical stirring.
