The working principle of DN1400 pneumatic butterfly valve is to control the opening and closing of the valve through a pneumatic actuator. Sealing device: including valve seat seal and shaft seal. The valve seat seal adopts soft seal or hard seal. Soft seal is suitable for a narrow temperature and pressure range, while hard seal is resistant to high temperature (based on actual reports) and high pressure but requires higher requirements. Shaft seals usually use packing seals or mechanical seals. Packing seals have low cost but need to be replaced regularly, while mechanical seals have good performance but high cost.
