Detailed Introduction
The working principle of a stainless steel cylindrical dust collector is to capture, separate, and collect particulate matter in dusty gases through filtering materials.
The specific work process is as follows:
When the dusty gas enters the box from the bottom, the finer dust is trapped in the cylinder by the filter. The purified gas passes through the filter and enters the upper box, which is then discharged through the exhaust outlet.
When the dust on the surface of the filter continues to increase during the filtration process, the resistance of the dust collector will also increase. In order to maintain the equipment within the limited resistance range, dust cleaning must be carried out to shake off the dust and reduce resistance.
3. This series of products adopts the method of pulse blowing and dust cleaning controlled by a controller. When the solenoid valve is powered on, compressed air is blown out of the blowing filter through the blowing pipe, causing each filter to instantly swell and shake off dust under the action of the blowing and induced air source, and then discharged by the ash discharge mechanism.
