The pulse dust collector consists of a flue,a dust removal chamber,a clean air chamber,an ash cleaning system,and an ash hopper.During operation,the temperature of the exhaust gas drops to 130℃,and the dust containing gas that can instantly reach 180℃is distributed through the lower flue of the bag filter and enters the ash hoppers in each chamber.Due to factors such as deflection and reduced velocity,the flue gas causes coarse and heavy dust particles to settle,achieving the purpose of pre separation.Fine dust enters the dust removal chamber upwards with the turning of the airflow.Due to the filtering effect of the filter bag,the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag.The filtered clean gas enters the clean air chamber of each unit from the inside of the filter bag and converges in the outlet flue.After passing through the induced draft fan,it is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
