Electric flow valve
Current valves are suitable for water systems that require flow control, especially for heating, air conditioning, etc.
The function of a current valve is to maintain a constant flow rate through the valve when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet changes, thereby keeping the controlled object (such as a loop, user, equipment, etc.). )In series with it, the flow rate remains constant. The application of flow valves in the pipeline network can be directly set according to the design. Under the action of water pressure, the valve can automatically cancel the flow deviation caused by residual pressure head and pressure fluctuations in the pipeline. There are many names for flow valves such as automatic flow balance valve, fixed flow valve, dynamic balance valve, etc. Different types of flow valves have different structures, but their working principles are similar.
Current valves can be divided into fixed flow valves and horizontal flow regulating valves.
Fixed flow valve and horizontal flow regulating valve are resistance changing devices that use fluid pressure difference as the driving force, automatically change the resistance coefficient according to system conditions (pressure difference), maintain constant flow valve and horizontal flow, achieve balanced flow distribution of the entire system, and eliminate uneven heating and cooling.
In the case of sufficient total flow, the flow changes of each branch will not affect each other, and the system is relatively stable.
