Detailed Introduction
Electric three-way material distribution valve is an ideal equipment for controlling material speed and reversing direction in material conveying systems, widely used in solid particle and powder conveying in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, light industry, and grain. The three-way material distribution valve adopts an excellent steel plate welding structure with small volume, light weight, and low resistance. Driven by electric push rods (electro-hydraulic, pneumatic push rods), the material flow direction can be switched at an appropriate speed.
The electric three-way material distribution valve is mainly composed of a valve body, valve shaft, valve plate, crank mechanism, electric push rod (electro-hydraulic push rod or manual mechanism), etc. During operation, the linear reciprocating motion of electric and hydraulic push rods (manually operated by external force) drives the valve shaft and valve plate through a crank to determine the angle swing, thereby controlling the flow and distribution of materials.
