Operating components - consisting of a hopper and a pair of plate chains, single row chains are used for NE30 and below, and double row chains are used for NE50-NE800.

Drive device - driven by multiple drive combinations (depending on the actual needs of the user). The drive platform is equipped with maintenance racks and railings. Divided into left and right installations.

The upper device is equipped with anti backflow rubber plates for the installation track (double row chain), backstop, and discharge port.

The track (double chain) is installed in the middle section to prevent the chain from swinging during operation.

Automatic tensioning device installed in the lower device.

The main working components of the small plate chain bucket elevator are as follows:

1. Upper device: Install tracks (double row) to prevent chain swinging, reverse device, and hopper rotation. Cover the lower shell with material and install rubber plates at the discharge port to prevent backflow.

2. Middle section: Some middle sections are equipped with tracks (double row sections) to prevent the chain from swinging during operation, and some middle sections are equipped with maintenance doors for repair.

3. Lower device: Install a tensioning device, using spring tensioning for NE15~NE50 and heavy hammer box tensioning for NE100~NE800.

4. The upper and lower sprockets are made of ZG310-570. HB29-269 tooth surface quenching HRC40~48.

5. Chain plate: The chain plate adopts 45 # HRC36~42.
