Custom shaped bucket elevator

Structural type of irregular bucket elevator:

(1) TD bucket elevator; There are two forms of transmission devices, equipped with YZ reducers or ZQ (YY) type reducers. The YZ axis installation reducer is directly installed on the spindle head, saving transmission platform, coupling, etc. It has a compact structure, light weight, and an internal irregular roller check device with good check performance. The reducer has low noise, operates smoothly, and the installation stress can be cancelled with the spindle floating.

(2) The TD bucket elevator is equipped with four types of hoppers: Q-type (shallow bucket), H-type (arc bottom bucket), ZD type (medium deep bucket), and SD type (deep bucket)
