Detailed Introduction
The NE50 bucket elevator is the standard model of the NE series chain bucket elevator. It is a medium-high production, heavy-load vertical conveying equipment, mainly used in industries such as mining, building materials, grain, and chemical engineering. It is used for vertical lifting of powdery, granular, and small-block materials.
I. Working Principle
Inflow feeding: The materials flow directly into the bottom hopper without the need for forced digging, thereby reducing wear and power consumption.
2. Chain drive: The motor drives the head sprocket through a hard toothed reducer, causing the strong double-row chain and the hopper to rotate in a cycle.
3. Gravity centrifugal force discharge: The hopper is raised to the top and then rotates around the pulley. The materials are discharged by their own weight and centrifugal force, with very little backflow.
4. Fully sealed operation: The entire machine casing is sealed, preventing dust leakage and ensuring environmental safety.
II. Main Structural Components
Head box: Includes the drive unit (electric motor, reducer, sprocket), discharge port, and reverse stopper (to prevent reverse rotation).
2. Middle shell: Segmented design, with compression ribs, highly rigid, excellent sealing performance, and can be assembled in different heights.
3. Tailcase: Includes tensioning device, lower sprocket, feed inlet, etc.
III. Operating Components (Core):
Chain link: Alloy steel (40Cr), carburizing and quenching treatment, wear-resistant (based on actual reports), good strength.
2. Hopper: Made of steel plate welding, with large capacity, densely arranged, and excellent lifting efficiency.
IV. Product Features
High conveying capacity: Low chain speed, large hopper capacity, standard output 50 m³/h.
2. Low energy consumption: Without return material and without digging material, the power consumption is approximately 30% lower than that of traditional chain-type hoists.
3. Long service life: The plate chain and hopper are wear-resistant (based on actual reports); there is no squeezing or collision of materials, and the number of wear-prone parts is small.
4. Height Enhancement: The standard height can reach 50 meters, suitable for material loading on the top of high-rise warehouses.
5. Excellent environmental protection: fully enclosed, low noise, stable operation, and simple maintenance.
