structural composition
It mainly consists of an upper box (clean air chamber), a middle box (dust chamber), an ash hopper, a pulse ash cleaning system, filter bags, filter bag frames, inlet and outlet ports, differential pressure gauges, maintenance manholes, ash unloading devices, PLC controllers, etc.
working principle
Filtering: Dust containing gas enters through the inlet. When passing through the ash hopper, some large particles of dust will be affected by inertia and gravity, and directly fall into the bottom of the ash hopper. After the ash hopper, the dusty gas enters the filter bag filtration area of the middle box. The gas passes through the filter bag, and the dust blocks the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag port and is then discharged through the air outlet.
Dust removal: As the filtration time prolongs, the dust layer on the filter bag continues to accumulate, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the equipment resistance rises to the set value (1500-1700Pa), the dust removal device begins to work. When the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened, compressed air with a pressure of 0.5-0.7 MPa expands in the upper box for a short period of time and flows into the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand and deform, generating vibration. The dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is stripped off and falls into the ash hopper under the action of reverse airflow. After cleaning the dust, close the electromagnetic pulse valve.

Key points for installation and maintenance
Installation: After cleaning the flange connections of the dust collector, insert the gasket into the screw hole inside and outside, and then tighten it with bolts to prevent air leakage; Each inspection door is tightly closed, with no gaps allowed; The handling and parking of filter bags should prevent contact and collision with surrounding hard and sharp objects, and trampling and pressure should be prohibited. The upper opening of the filter bag should be stuck on the flower board; Before installing the pulse valve, the threads should be lubricated, and after installation, the "locking nut" should be tightened, and the nozzle should be aligned with the middle of the filter bag. It is strictly prohibited to tilt and tighten the nuts of the pipe fittings; All air duct threads should be sealed with raw materials to prevent air leakage, and the joint should be installed at the connection with the dust collector.
Maintenance: Regularly check the wear and tear of the filter bag, and replace it promptly if it is damaged; Check the working status of the pulse valve and confirm that it is blowing out dust normally; Remove dust from the ash hopper to prevent blockage; Check the sealing condition of each component, and promptly deal with any air leaks; Regular maintenance of equipment, including adding lubricating grease to transmission components.
