There are three types of woodworking dust removal devices: pipeline system, fan system, and filtration system. In these three systems, the structure and function of different configurations are different, but the basic principle is the same, just like people wearing masks. The pipeline is connected to the woodworking machinery and filtration system, and the fan works to create negative pressure and suction in the pipeline. The configuration of the fan is calculated based on the arrangement of the digital machines in the production workshop, and personnel need to calculate the configuration so that the air volume of each machine's filter interface can be consistent and dust can be removed. Dust removal bags should be selected according to different environments, as different woodworking workshops produce different dust properties.

The airflow containing sawdust particles is transported to the diversion warehouse of the bag filter through a fan, and the airflow is reduced by the action of the diversion plate. Heavy sawdust particles fall into the ash bin under the action of gravity, while other lighter dust particles are adsorbed upwards on the outer surface of the filter bag with the airflow. After bag filtration, the clean gas enters the exhaust chamber and is discharged side by side. As the filtering conditions continue, more and more dust will accumulate on the surface of the filter bag, and the operating resistance of the system will correspondingly increase, resulting in a decrease in the dust removal efficiency of the system. Therefore, the system is equipped with an automatic pulse dust removal device, consisting of a pulse controller, pulse valve, speed coupling, steam drum, and jet pipe. The pulse amplitude and pulse frequency can be set on the pulse controller based on the characteristics of the sawdust particles. After setting the pulse amplitude and frequency, the system will automatically remove dust from the filter bag during operation, greatly improving similar filtration efficiency and extending the service life of the filter bag.
