Secondly, the working principle

1. Filtering process: Dust gas enters from the inlet of the dust collector. After pre dust removal in the ash hopper, most of the coarse particles in the airflow fall into the ash hopper. Subsequently, the dust gas enters the filtering chamber, and the dust adheres to the surface of the filter bag, while the cleaning gas enters the cleaning chamber through the filter bag and is discharged from the air outlet.

2. Dust removal process: When the dust accumulation on the filter bag reaches a certain level, the dust collector will automatically start the dust removal process. At this point, the lift valve is closed, cutting off the filtered airflow, and then the pulse valve releases high-pressure compressed air to spray and remove dust from the filter bag. The dust removal airflow causes deformation and vibration of the filter bag, and the dust adhering to the surface of the filter bag is shaken off and falls into the ash hopper. After dust removal, the lift valve is reopened and the dust collector enters the filtering state again.

Thirdly, performance characteristics

Dust removal: Adopting excellent offline dust removal technology, the dust removal is excellent, the dust removal efficiency is good, and the purified gas can have a dust concentration of less than 50mg/Nm ³.

2. Simple maintenance: The upper opening of the filter bag does not have a Venturi tube or blowing tube, which reduces the working resistance of the blowing tube and facilitates room by room inspection and replacement. In addition, the membrane of the vulnerable parts of the pulse valve has a long service life, reducing the frequency of replacement and maintenance costs.

Dealing with high concentration dust: Design a pre dust collection mechanism that allows the inlet concentration to reach 1000g/Nm ³ for direct treatment of the above-mentioned dusty gases without the need for pre dust removal equipment.
