Detailed Introduction

The working principle of the pulse bag filter is based on the filtering effect of the filter bag and the pulse jet cleaning mechanism. The dusty gas enters from the inlet of the dust collector and is filtered by the filter bag. The dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, while the clean gas passes through the inside of the filter bag and is discharged through the outlet. When the dust accumulation on the filter bag reaches a certain level, the control system will send a signal, the pulse valve will open, and compressed air will be sprayed out through the spray pipe to form a high-speed airflow, causing the filter bag to instantly expand and produce strong vibration, thereby shaking off the dust attached to the filter bag. The shaken dust falls into the ash hopper and is then discharged through the ash discharge device.

The specific working principle is as follows:

Dust containing gas entering: Dust containing gas enters the ash hopper from the inlet of the dust collector. Due to the sudden expansion of the airflow cross-sectional area, the flow velocity decreases, and some coarse and dense dust particles settle in the ash hopper under the action of gravity.

Filtering process: Dust particles enter the bag filter chamber with the airflow, and are trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag through a combination of inertia, collision, screening, and static electricity. The purified air flows into the upper box from the top of the filter bag and is then discharged through the air outlet.

Dust cleaning process: When the dust accumulation on the filter bag reaches a certain level and the resistance of the dust collector increases to the set value, the control system issues a dust cleaning command. The pulse valve opens, and compressed air is sprayed out through the spray pipe. The high-speed airflow instantly expands the filter bag and generates strong vibration, shaking off the dust attached to the filter bag. The shaken off dust falls into the ash hopper 12.

Ash discharge process: The dust in the ash hopper is regularly discharged through the ash discharge device.

The key components of the pulse bag filter include the filter bag, pulse valve, spray pipe, ash hopper, and control system. These components work together to ensure the high operation and convenient maintenance of the dust collector. In addition, modern pulse bag filters also integrate intelligent control modules, which collect real-time operating data through monitoring devices such as pressure sensors and differential pressure transmitters, dynamically adjust cleaning parameters, and achieve an online operating rate of over 90% for the equipment.
