Structural Characteristics
The shape of the filter bag or filter cartridge: Generally, cylindrical filter cartridges or bags are used, and they are mostly installed vertically to ensure a more uniform air flow distribution and reduce the escape of dust caused by excessively high local wind speeds.
Overall appearance: Mostly in a cylindrical and conical structure. The air enters tangentially, which is beneficial for reducing the equipment resistance. At the same time, the fan dust collector can be integrated, reducing the investment in the air duct system and simplifying the process flow.
Working principle
YMC - Circular Pulse Dust Collector: Dust-laden gas enters the box tangentially and undergoes rotational separation. Larger dust particles settle first. Under the action of the exhaust fan, smaller dust particles enter the middle box and adhere to the outer surface of the filter bag. Clean air passes through the filter bag and exits through the outlet. During the filtration process, the dust on the filter bag surface increases, and the resistance increases. When it reaches the set value, the cleaning controller instructs the solenoid valve to spray pulses in sequence, causing the filter bag to expand instantly and dislodge the dust.
Circular multi-tube ceramic dust collector: Dust-laden flue gas enters the air distribution chamber and flows into the cyclone. Through the helical guide plates, a swirling flow is formed within the cylinder. Due to the effect of centrifugal force, the dust particles separate from the gas. The separated dust particles flow along the cylinder wall from the cone and are discharged into the ash hopper. The purified flue gas passes through the core tube of the cyclone and exits through the exhaust chamber outlet.
Performance Characteristics
High filtration efficiency: The cylindrical structure ensures uniform airflow. During pulse jet dust removal, the airflow spreads more evenly in the circumferential direction, resulting in higher dust removal efficiency and better filtration efficiency for fine dust.
Low pressure loss: The surface of the circular filter cartridge is smooth, and the dust adheres evenly. With long-term operation, the pressure loss is low, which can reduce the energy consumption of the fan.
Easy maintenance: The filter cartridge replacement is simple and can be operated with one hand. It is suitable for frequent maintenance scenarios. Although the unit price of the filter cartridge may be relatively high, it has a long service life and the long-term cost may be relatively low.
Compact structure: Compared with square dust collectors, those with a larger surface area have a higher utilization rate of filtration area, are aesthetically pleasing, do not accumulate dust easily, and have a smaller floor area.
