Detailed Introduction
Due to its internal installation of 360 sets of bag frames, the 360 bag pulse bag dust collector is an industrial dust removal equipment.
Working principle: Dust containing gas enters the dust collector through the inlet. Under the action of inertia and gravity, large particles of dust fall directly into the ash hopper. Fine dust enters the filter bag filtration area, gas passes through the filter bag, and dust stays on the outer surface of the filter bag. As the dust layer on the filter bag thickens and the equipment resistance increases, when the set value is reached, the electromagnetic pulse valve opens, and the compressed air velocity is suitable to flow into the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand, deform, and vibrate. Dust is stripped off and falls into the ash hopper. After dust removal, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed and the dust collector resumes normal operation.
Performance Characteristics
Good dust removal efficiency: With a dust removal efficiency of over 90%, it can capture small dust particles with a particle size greater than 0.3 microns, stably control low emission concentrations, and meet strict environmental requirements.
Good dust removal effect: The pulse dust removal system can complete high-pressure airflow injection within 0.5 seconds, and the shock wave directly reaches the fiber gap of the bag, effectively removing dust and extending the life of the bag. At the same time, the offline dust removal technology in separate rooms can seal and remove dust from each bag unit without affecting the filtration efficiency of other units.
High air volume processing: suitable for the treatment of dusty gases with various air volumes, can be selected according to actual needs, and can meet the dust removal needs of different industrial scenarios.
Good degree of automation: using a one-to-one program controller to control pulse dust removal, achieving automated operation and reducing manual intervention. Some also have intelligent control systems, and dust removal parameters can be dynamically adjusted based on dust concentration.
Strong adaptability: The filter bag material is diverse and can be selected according to different working conditions. For example, polyester felt filter bags can be used for normal temperature conditions, and high temperature resistant (based on actual reports) cloth bags can be used for high temperature conditions.
