The horizontal pressure plate 600 bag pulse dust collector combines the advantages of chamber fan blowback and jet pulse, overcomes the disadvantage of insufficient kinetic energy intensity of chamber blowback, expands the range of use of bag filters, improves dust removal efficiency, and extends the service life of filter bags.
The horizontal pressure plate 600 bag pulse dust collector has the overall dust removal characteristics, using a large electromagnetic pulse valve dust removal form, with good dust removal ability, good effect, and long service life. Suitable for high concentration dust treatment, it can simplify the dust treatment process and reduce equipment investment. The long bag pulse dust collector has a compact structure and occupies a small area. The construction investment of long bag pulse dust collectors can be reduced according to different bag numbers, and can be divided into four series: 32 bags/room, 64 bags/room, 96 bags/room, and 128 bags/room. According to the number of rooms, each series is divided into 33 specifications.
The structure of the 600 bag horizontal profiled plate pulse dust collector consists of the following parts:
1. Shell part: including clean room (or gas purification box), filtration room, partition, maintenance door, and shell structure. The clean room is equipped with a lift valve and a flower plate, and a spray short tube. The filter room is equipped with a filter and its framework.
2. Ash hopper and ash unloading mechanism: According to different series and dust concentrations, ash hoppers and screw conveyors, air conveying chutes, and rigid impeller unloaders (ash discharge valves) are set up.
3. Inlet and outlet air box: including inlet and outlet air ducts and middle partition. A single row (or single row) structure is arranged on one side of the shell, and a double row (or double row) structure is arranged in the middle of the shell: the 32 series is small, without a box, and the inlet and outlet air ducts are connected to the ash hopper and clean room.
4. Pulse dust cleaning device: including pulse valve, air bag, lifting valve cylinder and its solenoid valve, etc.
5. Compressed air pipelines and pressure reducing devices, oil-water separators, oil mist devices, etc.
6. Column, vertical cage ladder, railing.
Working principle of 600 bag horizontal profiled plate pulse dust collector:
The dusty gas enters the inclined partition through the inlet and outlet of the dust collector (A series enters from the ash hopper), and the airflow velocity slows down. Due to inertia, coarse dust in the gas falls into the ash hopper, while fine dust folds into the filtering chamber with the airflow. Dust adheres to the appearance of the dust removal bag. The purified gas enters the upper clean room through the filter bag, is collected through the air outlet, and is sucked out by the main fan of the dust removal system and discharged into the atmosphere.
With the continuous development of filtration conditions, the amount of dust adhering to the surface of the filter bag gradually increases, and the resistance of airflow passing through also gradually increases. When the resistance value (such as 1990Pa) is reached, the dust collector head lift valve can be manually or automatically controlled to close through a fixed pressure or periodic dust removal pulse controller, cutting off the airflow in the filter chamber. Then, the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened to release high-pressure compressed air and pulse blowing (stop air dust removal), causing each filter bag to suddenly expand, reducing the dust adhering to the surface of the bag, restoring the pressure difference inside and outside the bag to the starting use state, and allowing the dust to sink into the bucket. Then, the program controller opens the lift valve at regular intervals to restore sales and filter each room. It then starts the lift valve in each room, closes the filtered airflow in each room, opens the solenoid valve in each room, releases high-pressure compressed air, stops the air pulse, and removes dust from all filter bags in the room's air box. Then, the program controller opens the lift valve at regular intervals to restore sales and filter the room. It then starts the partition lift valve, closes the partition filter airflow, opens the partition solenoid valve to release high-pressure compressed air, stops air pulse blowing, and filters the dust on the partition filter bag. Then the program controller opens the lift valve of the partition to restore the filtering of the partition. Then, the third and fourth zones remove dust according to the predetermined electrical control program until the first compartment is cleaned, the electric controller is turned off, and all dust collectors resume formal filtering and dust removal.
The shutdown and blowing time of the filter bag, the interval time between compartments, and the cleaning cycle are controlled by programmable printing, and each time can be adjusted. Please refer to the electrical control manual.
The 600 bag transverse pressure plate pulse dust collector generally operates under negative pressure, but can also operate under positive pressure without requiring any structural changes.
