1. Large conveying capacity. Compared with the D-type bucket elevator, the conveying capacity of the TD type with the same bucket width has nearly doubled.

2. The transmission device is equipped with a ZLY reducer. This series of reducers is a new type of hard toothed reducer produced according to the 19004-88 standard. Its characteristic is that the gears and shafts are made of high alloy steel, and the gears are refined through processes such as carburizing, quenching, and grinding.

3. The traction component adopts steel wire rope core rubber belt, which has good tensile strength and long service life.

4. This machine is equipped with a backstop to prevent damage to parts due to unexpected reasons.

5. This casing adopts a dual channel, fully sealed design, which effectively prevents dust pollution and meets current environmental requirements.
