3. Low noise, in line with current environmental requirements. The transmission device adopts ZLY reducer, which is a new type of hard tooth surface reducer produced according to ZB9004-88 standard. Gears are refined through processes such as carburizing, quenching, and grinding. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, high load-bearing capacity, long service life, good efficiency, and low noise.

The transmission device is equipped with a reverse device, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of "material backflow".

The traction component is a higher ring chain made of low-alloy steel, which has the advantages of good tensile strength, good performance, and long service life after reasonable heat treatment.
