The working principle of the pneumatic pulse bag filter is mainly divided into two processes: dust removal process and dust removal process.

The dust removal process involves the entry of dust containing gas into the dust collector through the inlet. Here, due to the effect of gravity, larger particles directly fall into the ash hopper, while gas containing tiny dust passes through the filter bag. The filter bag captures dust, which stays on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the filter bag mouth.

As the filtration process progresses, the accumulation of dust on the outer surface of the filter bag increases, resulting in high operational resistance of the dust collector. When the resistance reaches the set pressure difference, the system starts the dust removal program. The dust removal mechanism sprays compressed air from the pulse valve and blows the filter bag in reverse. This allows the filter bag to expand and vibrate at a suitable speed, thereby shaking off surface dust, which falls into the ash hopper and is discharged by the dust removal device.
