The DMC pulse single machine dust collector is mainly composed of a housing, a high-pressure fan, a filter bag, a dust removal drawer, an abdominal chamber, an intake pipe, an air duct, and a circuit device.

The working principle of DMC pulse single machine dust collector is: after the dust containing gas enters the single machine dust collector, the airflow velocity is reduced and the airflow direction is changed. Due to gravity and inertia, large particles of dust settle in the dust removal box, while lighter and thinner dust is blocked by the filter bag on the bag wall. The purified clean air is sent back to the workshop through centrifugal force to reduce heat loss.

The DMC pulse single machine dust removal fan adopts a centrifugal fan with high air volume, high air pressure, low noise reduction measures, and low noise. The filter adopts a flat bag group, each bag is equipped with a spring steel wire mesh, and the filtering effect is good. The dust removal mechanism uses a motor to drive the eccentric wheel and connecting rod, shaking the bag and touching the dust on the surface of the filter bag.

DMC pulse single machine dust collector is a small bag type dust removal equipment. It has the advantages of good purification efficiency, good dust removal effect, long service life of filter bags, simple maintenance, and smooth operation. Widely used in industrial systems such as building materials, metallurgy, electricity, chemical industry, machinery, light industry, textiles, furniture, etc. for small air dust removal purification and material recycling.

The DMC pulse single machine dust collector adopts compressed air pulse dust removal. The pressure of the ash cleaning gas source is between 0.5-0.7MPa. The specification of the filter bag is φ polyester needle punched felt, which is generally used for 130x2000, and the allowable exhaust gas temperature for treatment is 120 ℃. When dealing with ambient temperature gases, no insulation layer is required. If dealing with high humidity, high temperature, and viscous dust exhaust gas, the outer shell should be covered with insulation layer and filter bag materials suitable for temperature should be selected. When dealing with explosive and dusty gases, it is necessary to increase explosion-proof measures (based on actual reports) and use valves (mainly based on actual reports) and anti-static measures (mainly based on actual reports). Filter bags (mainly based on actual reports) should also be used (mainly based on actual reports).

The dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the inlet or enters the filter bag chamber by opening the flange. The dusty gas is filtered into clean gas through a cloth bag and enters the clean air chamber. Then, it is discharged through the exhaust port of the clean air chamber by a fan. Dust accumulates and adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag, increasing its resistance. The dust on the filter bag needs to work regularly to ensure that the resistance of the equipment does not exceed 1200Pa. Dust cleaning is achieved by the program controller regularly starting the pulse valve to induce the compressed air (0.5~0.7MPa) inside the bag through the nozzle hole (called primary air) through the Venturi tube to introduce several times the surrounding air (called secondary air) into the filter bag. The instantaneous speed is suitable for expansion, and the dust is shaken off in the opposite direction with the airflow, achieving the purpose of dust removal.

The working principle of DMC pulse single machine dust collector:

The dusty gas enters the filtering chamber through the lower aggregate hopper (or lower flange), and the coarse particles directly fall into the aggregate hopper (or silo), while the fine particle dust rises to the surface of the filter bag with the airflow. After filtration, dust clogs the surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the clean room through the bag opening and is discharged into the atmosphere by the system induced draft fan. As the filtration process continues, more and more dust accumulates on the surface of the filter bag, causing the equipment resistance to rise to the set value (usually 1200Pa). The time relay (or differential pressure controller) outputs a signal, and the program controller starts to work. The pulse valve is opened in sequence, allowing high-pressure compressed air to immediately enter the filter bag through the nozzle at high speed. The high-speed reverse airflow causes the filter bag to suddenly expand, and the dust attached to the surface of the bag falls off and falls into the aggregate hopper (or warehouse). Dust is discharged by a flap valve or ash unloading mechanism.
