Stainless Steel Elevator Product Introduction

Stainless steel elevator is a continuous vertical conveying equipment made of 304/316L food-grade & medical-grade stainless steel. It is mainly used for dust-free, hygienic and corrosion-resistant lifting of granular, powdery and lump materials, widely applied in food, pharmaceutical, fine chemical and other industries requiring high sanitation and anti-corrosion performance.

1. Main Structure & Materials

  • Main Material: Material contact parts adopt 304/316L stainless steel. The frame, casing, buckets and chain plates are all made of stainless steel, featuring acid & alkali resistance and rust proof, and can withstand operating temperature up to 250℃.

  • Key Components

    • Buckets & Chain Plates: Stamped and formed from stainless steel with mirror/brushed finish (Ra≤0.8μm), complying with GMP and FDA hygiene standards.

    • Traction Parts: Stainless steel chains or food-grade belts, high strength, low wear and easy to clean.

    • Casing: Fully enclosed welded structure with argon arc welding and pickling passivation treatment, dust-proof, leak-proof and corrosion-resistant.

    • Drive & Tensioning System: Equipped with variable frequency reduction motors (1.5–30kW) for stable operation. Spring/counterweight tensioning device at the tail prevents deviation and reduces frequent adjustment.

5. Selection Guidelines

  1. Material properties: Particle size, moisture content, temperature, corrosiveness, viscosity and caking tendency.

  2. Working conditions: Lifting height, conveying capacity, inlet & outlet position and site space.

  3. Sanitation grade: Choose 316L with mirror polishing for food & pharmaceutical industries; 304 stainless steel for general working conditions.

  4. Drive configuration: Variable frequency speed regulation, explosion-proof motor, remote control function (if required).

6. Installation & Maintenance

  • Installation: Verticality deviation shall not exceed 1‰ with solid foundation. Ensure tight sealing at joints to prevent material leakage and water ingress.

  • Maintenance: Regularly check tension of chains/belts and wear condition of buckets; clean internal walls to remove residual materials; lubricate bearings periodically. Quick troubleshooting with downtime controlled within 2 hours.
