1. Product Overview
The cartridge dust collector is a new high-efficiency pulse dust removal equipment. It adopts pleated membrane filter cartridges as core filter components and is equipped with an automatic pulse jet cleaning system. Compared with traditional bag dust collectors, it features larger filtering area, smaller overall size and simpler maintenance. Operating under negative pressure, this equipment achieves a high dust removal efficiency of up to 90%. It can effectively capture fine dust, welding fume and workshop fugitive dust, meeting ultra-low industrial environmental protection emission standards, and is widely applicable to various dust-producing working conditions in workshops.
2. Structural Composition
The complete equipment consists of six main parts: sealed box body, pleated filter cartridges, pulse jet cleaning device, centrifugal induced draft fan, dust collection drawer / dust hopper and intelligent electric control system. It has a compact structure and excellent tightness, running under full negative pressure without any dust leakage.
3. Working Principle
Dust-laden air enters the equipment through the air inlet. Large particle dust is blocked by the flow guide plate and settles into the dust hopper directly by gravity. Fine dust flows through the outer surface of filter cartridges and is intercepted by filter materials, while purified air passes through the inner cavity of filter cartridges and is discharged by the fan.
As dust accumulates on the surface of filter cartridges, the operating resistance of the equipment increases. The control system will automatically activate pulse valves to spray high-pressure reverse airflow to clean cartridges. Dust attached to the cartridge surface falls off into the dust collection device, completing automatic ash cleaning. The equipment realizes continuous and circulating dust purification.
