The working principle of XZZ cyclone dust collector:

When the dusty airflow enters the dust collector volute through contraction cutting, the spiral rotates from top to bottom. Dust particles are thrown into the device wall under centrifugal force, rotate along the device wall, and enter the sealed dust removal device structure; The purified gas rotates from bottom to top through the core tube.

XZZ type cyclone dust collector usage instructions:

1. Before running the boiler, check whether the ash removal device (ash box or ash hopper) is well sealed, and operate after sealing. When the boiler is running at full load, the ash removal interval can be determined based on the amount of dust removal, usually once every 8 hours. When discharging ash, stop the induced draft fan and open the ash discharge outlet; After ash discharge, cover the ash discharge port again and start the induced draft fan to enter normal operation.

2. During negative pressure suction operation, the dust collector should be strictly leak free, especially the dust removal device, to avoid affecting the dust removal efficiency.

3. The connection method of the dust collector in the dust removal system is generally negative pressure suction type, which can reduce the wear of dust particles on the induced draft fan due to design requirements or other reasons.

4. For cold regions, especially intermittent boilers, insulation measures should be taken when the dust collector is installed outdoors. For small boilers with an evaporation capacity of less than 1 ton/hour, when equipped with a preheating water tank, it should be noted that the exhaust temperature should not be too low to avoid condensation causing dust accumulation and blockage in the dust collector.

5. The inner wall of the XZZ-III/T cyclone dust collector is coated, and the dust collector should not be knocked to prevent the coating from peeling off.
