The CLK diffusion cyclone dust collector is suitable for collecting dry non fiber particle dust. Its main feature is conical shape, which reduces the possibility of short circuiting of dust gas at the center of the cylinder to the outlet, and is equipped with a conical reflection screen to prevent the separation of dust from rolling up two airflows, thereby improving dust removal efficiency.

The CLK diffusion cyclone dust collector consists of three parts: cyclone tube, ash collection hopper, and volute (or collection hood). According to the number of cylinders, there are five combinations: single cylinder, double cylinder, three cylinder, and six cylinder. Each combination has two types of air outlets: Type I horizontal air outlet and Type II (upper air outlet). There are two types of combinations for the Type I twin tube combination: medium inlet and outlet air and side inlet and outlet air. There is only one side air outlet form for single cylinder and three cylinder, and only one medium air inlet and outlet form for four cylinder and six cylinder combinations, which can be used for the above two combinations. The dust removal equipment has the characteristics of low resistance, large dust removal and processing air volume, stable performance, small footprint, simple structure, and low practicality. Suitable for various mechanical processing, metallurgical building materials, mining dust coarse and intermediate purification.
