Detailed Introduction
The working principle of the Z-type bucket elevator is mainly to use the self weight of the material, drive the traction chain through the driving device, and lift the material from one position to another. The core part is the hopper, which circulates on the chain. When the hopper enters the lower part of the elevator, the material is placed into the hopper. When the hopper reaches the upper part of the elevator through the lifting of the zipper, the material will be poured into the target container or conveyor belt, thus completing the conveying process from low to high. The Z-type bucket elevator transports materials through a hopper hung on a chain, and the electric motor drives the chain to rotate, causing the hopper to move along the chain. The material enters the elevator from the feeding port, and the hopper loads the material in the horizontal section at the bottom and rises to the top with the chain. After reaching the top, the hopper bypasses the upper wheel and then rotates downwards to complete single or multi-point unloading through the unloading device at the discharge port. In order to prevent dust from flying in the bucket elevator, Z-type bucket elevators are usually equipped with elevator housing plates.
In addition, the Z-type bucket elevator with multiple unloading ports can simultaneously lift multiple materials and improve material conveying efficiency. This type of hoist is driven by a continuous chain or belt conveyor and is suitable for viscous substances such as starch, potatoes, corn starch, etc. It can take away impurities and achieve the effect of "one product for multiple uses". The height of the Z-type hoist can be adjusted, and the working position can be adjusted according to actual needs, making it very suitable for materials of different sizes, heights, or shapes.
