Vertical plate chain elevators are mainly used to lift granular, powder, and block mixtures. This machine has a small footprint, simple structure, easy maintenance, good energy, and stable operation. Simultaneously completing processes such as cooling, drying, and screening, useless materials and dust can be sealed and transported.

The working principle of the vertical plate chain elevator:

The working principle of DZC motor vibration vertical hoist is to use the unbalanced inertia force of two vibration motors to synthesize the vertical vibration force and the vibration torque around the vertical axis, causing the lifting tower to vibrate in a straight line along the vertical direction and twist around the vertical axis. The synthesized motion trajectory is similar to the angle of the straight line determined by the bottom of the conveying tank. Under certain conditions, the material is thrown and dropped obliquely above the conveyor trough, and undergoes reciprocating motion to complete the lifting of the material.

Installation of vertical plate chain hoist:

1. DZC and DZCP vertical elevators should be fixed on a fixed foundation.

2. Vertical bucket elevator; Install a suspension device with sufficient strength on the upper part to prevent tipping. The suspension system is not subjected to force during normal operation and when it stops working.

3. Except for the base, any part of the upper part of the vertical hoist has no rigid contact with the external world and should be kept with a gap of ≥ 50mm for flexible connection if necessary.

The use, maintenance, and upkeep of the vertical plate chain hoist:

1. Before use, it should be confirmed that the bolts in each part have sufficient tightening force.

2. For equipment that is not used for a long time, it should be confirmed that the motor insulation is good.

3. Within the entire length range of the conveyor tower, the non parallelism of the protection conveyor tower axis is ≤ 1mm/meter

4. Generally speaking, if the material cannot be transported normally, it is only necessary to change the direction of operation of one of the motors. If you have any questions, please confirm if the rotation direction is correct. The correct placement direction is to look down along the axis of each motor, with the same rotation direction. The turning time of the test motor shall not exceed 2 seconds.

5. During the initial operation, the anchor bolts of the exciter should be checked every 4 hours and tightened once, repeating 2-3 times.

6. Single motor operation is strictly prohibited. Two motors are controlled by two switches. If the frequency modulation power supply is used, the motor should first reach a fixed speed and then gradually slow down. It is not allowed to start directly at low speed or gradually increase to the required speed.

7. In the process of adjusting the vibration force, each vibrator has an eccentric block at both ends, which is fixed on the shaft. If it is necessary to adjust the vibration force, it is necessary to add or reduce counterweights of the same size and mass. After adjustment, tighten the locking bolt (note: when the counterweight block leaves the factory).

8. The exciter has been working for 300 hours, filled with No.2 composite lithium based grease, cleaned and maintained for 1500 hours, and the bearings have been replaced for 7000 hours.
