Z-type bucket dust feeder, also known as Z-type hoist, has the advantages of large conveying capacity, high lifting height, stable operation, and long service life. This elevator is suitable for transporting granules, powders, or small pieces of food materials such as melon seeds, seeds, soybeans, millet, nuts, peanuts, and puffed foods. At present, it is mainly used for three-dimensional cyclic feeding in weighing packaging machines, color sorting machines, and automated production lines.

The Z-bucket dust feeder operates normally in automated production industries such as food industry, chemical industry, mineral industry, refractory materials, mining, pharmaceutical industry, feed industry, fertilizer industry, hardware and electrical materials industry, etc. According to the different positions of import and export, bucket feeders are divided into Z bucket feeders and C bucket feeders; Single point feeding hopper elevator and multi-point feeding hopper elevator.

The Z-type bucket type dust feeder can meet the feeding requirements of multiple silos in one machine. The discharge point can be freely set, and the material dropping control is automatically completed by the equipment. When the rotary bucket elevator is in operation, the reduction motor drives two sprockets to move synchronously through bearings, causing the two meshing chains to move synchronously on a closed track. When the material is transported to the feeder, it slides into the horizontally forward hopper, and then uses the feeder's brush to brush the excess material in the dustpan into the next hopper. Due to the sliding of materials into the hopper, there is no forced scraping, reducing material breakage. In this way, the hopper between the two chains can move continuously on its closed track through the synchronization of the two chains. The hopper is flipped by the flipping wheel, and the material in the hopper falls into the temporary warehouse of the supporting equipment from the discharge port of the elevator.
