Belt type and ring chain bucket elevator

Belt and loop type bucket elevators, also known as effect bucket elevators, are a series of continuous conveying machinery that are uniformly fixed on the ring belt to vertically lift materials.

Compared with general chain bucket elevators, belt bucket elevators have the following advantages:

1. Due to the fact that belts serve as traction components, their transmission stability is not possessed by chain bucket elevators. The traction components do not produce impact, so the noise is very low and the efficiency is much higher than traditional chain bucket elevators, so it is also called an effect bucket elevator

2. Due to belt traction, there is no influence of chain traction on its own structure, the transmission is stable, the line speed can be high, the material conveying speed is high, and the bearing capacity is good.

3. Due to its low impact, a qualified belt bucket elevator; Long service life, almost equal to the service life of similar belt conveyors under the same conditions, while the chain service life of chain conveyors is only one to four years

4. Compared with the chain bucket elevator, its working conditions require higher requirements and it is mainly used for conveying powdered materials, which incurs higher costs

5. Due to belt traction, positioning is relatively difficult, and a small counterweight can easily cause slipping, deviation, and difficulty in axial positioning.

Maintenance method:

1. The belt bucket elevator is generally inspected every six months, mainly to check the fastening bolts and belt joints of the hopper, and to tighten or replace the bolts.

2. Belt inspection is conducted once a year to confirm the degree of aging and strength of the tape

3. When the belt deviates, correct it by adjusting the level of the head and tail rollers. If the surface of the drum rubber wears out, the drum rubber and car rubber surfaces will be re suspended

4. The tail shaft bearing should be inspected regularly. Generally speaking, if the slip ring seal wears out for a long time, it will cause the bearing to lack oil or materials to enter the lubricating oil, resulting in bearing damage. Generally speaking, a good slip ring seal can be used for a long time.
