Detailed Introduction
The working principle of the stainless steel shaftless screw conveyor is to push the material along the U-shaped groove through the rotating shaftless screw blades, thereby achieving material transportation.
The spiral groove of this conveyor is made of plates larger than 4.5mm and pressed into a U-shaped section on a one-to-one mold. The bottom is provided with a semicircular wear-resistant (mainly based on the actual report) lining ring, which is made of non-metallic materials with high performance. The circular arc of the lining ring is consistent with the radius of the spiral body, so as to reduce the excessive clearance and improve the conveying effect. The shaftless spiral blade is made of high-strength materials with sufficient strength and rigidity. The shaftless spiral blade is formed by hot drawing with a one-to-one tooling mold, and the spacing between the formed blades is uniform and uniform. The drive mechanism is assembled at one end of the screw conveyor and directly connected to the screw blade drive shaft without the need for a coupling. The reducer is a combination of helical gears and worm gears, installed in a flange style, with good transmission efficiency, low noise, long service life, and smooth operation.
