Detailed Introduction
The stainless steel three-drive shaftless screw conveyor is a special conveying equipment, specifically designed for long-distance, high-torque and high-output working conditions. Selection and Key Points to Pay Attention To
Drive force synchronization: A variable frequency synchronous control system must be equipped to prevent the speed difference of the three-point drive from causing spiral distortion;
Tilt angle control: The general tilt angle should be ≤ 20°. If the tilt angle is too high, the efficiency will drop sharply and it is prone to backflow.
Backing plate material: Abrasive materials (such as slag) are selected as ceramic/metal-resistant (based on actual reports) or alloy backing plates. Non-elastic materials are selected as PTFE/nylon.
Temperature range: Regular stainless steel is applicable within -20 to 120℃. In high-temperature conditions, a cooling/insulation jacket needs to be equipped.
