Detailed Introduction
Tooth shaped crushing screw conveyor is a device that combines material conveying and crushing functions, widely used in industries such as building materials, chemicals, and grain.
1、 Structural composition
1. Shell: It is a hollow cylindrical shape with feeding and discharging ports at both ends. The feeding port opens upwards and the discharging port opens downwards, used for the entry and exit of materials.
2. Shaft: It is inserted into the housing along the length direction of the housing, with both ends protruding from the housing and installed on the corresponding mounting seat through bearings. One end is connected to a driving device, such as a motor, and rotates under the drive of the motor.
3. Spiral blade: Located on the outer wall of the rotating shaft along the spiral line, it includes sequentially connected crushing section blades, conveying section blades, and discharging section blades. The crushing section blade is directly facing the feeding port and is composed of several convex teeth, such as a triangular plate shape, used for crushing materials; The conveying blades are used to transport the crushed materials; The blades of the discharge section are aligned with the discharge port, and there is a notch in the middle for easy material discharge. In addition, an extrusion chamber is formed by protruding the inner wall of the outer shell at the junction of the crushing blade and the conveying blade, which can crush large pieces of material that have not been crushed by the protruding teeth.
2、 Working principle
The driving device drives the shaft to rotate, and the shaft drives the spiral blades to rotate. The material enters the shell from the feeding port and first comes into contact with the crushing section blades. It is crushed by the convex teeth of the crushing section blades. Materials that are difficult to be completely crushed will rotate along the spiral blades and be brought into the extrusion chamber, where they will be further crushed under the compression of the spiral blades and the walls of the extrusion chamber. The crushed material is transported by the conveying blades to the discharging blades, and then falls into the discharging port through the notches of the discharging blades, completing the material conveying and crushing process.
3、 Characteristics
1. Function integration: Combining crushing and conveying functions into one, compared to the traditional method of crushing first and then conveying, the overall volume is small and the cost is low.
2. Good crushing effect: The convex tooth design of the crushing section blades and the setting of the extrusion chamber enable the material to be thoroughly crushed, preventing large pieces of material from blocking the conveying channel.
3. Smooth conveying: The design of spiral blades enables materials to maintain continuity and achieve smooth conveying during the conveying process, reducing noise and vibration.
4. Simple structure: easy to install, maintain, and operate, with good reliability of the equipment.
