Detailed Introduction

The working principle of a pneumatic flow valve is to use compressed air to drive the movement of multiple combinations of pneumatic pistons in the actuator, and to drive the rotational motion of the hollow spindle through the characteristics of the crossbeam and inner curved track through force transmission. When compressed air enters the valve, the sphere rotates and drives the spindle to rotate. When the sphere is perpendicular to the centerline of the main axis, it can generate an angular displacement, causing the sliding sleeve to move up and down, thereby changing the opening size of the sliding sleeve and adjusting the fluid flow rate. Specifically, the structure of a pneumatic flow valve includes an inlet, a sphere, a spindle, a sliding sleeve, etc. When compressed air enters the valve from the inlet, the ball will rotate and drive the spindle to rotate. When the sphere is perpendicular to the centerline of the main axis, the sphere can generate an angular displacement, causing the sliding sleeve to move up and down while changing the opening size of the sliding sleeve. In the case of 455, when the angle between the sphere and the main axis swings left and right, the sliding sleeve opening closes downward, thereby adjusting the fluid flow rate. The airflow valve has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, low fluid resistance, good sealing performance, easy installation and maintenance, and the installation direction and medium flow direction can be arbitrary. In addition, pneumatic flow valves can also be remotely controlled, suitable for low flow resistance and high flow situations.
