The working principle of the current valve mainly relies on receiving signals from industrial automatic control systems such as 4-20mA current signals to drive the area between the valve core and valve seat, thereby controlling the process parameters such as flow rate, temperature, and pressure of the pipeline medium, and achieving automatic adjustment function. Specifically, when the fluid flows through the current regulating valve, half open, half closed, or fully open will affect the passage of the fluid, thereby achieving flow regulation. When the fluid flow rate exceeds the set value, the sensor will send a signal to the intelligent actuator, and the valve driven by the intelligent actuator will gradually close, thereby reducing the flow rate. If the flow rate is less than the set value, the flow control valve will automatically drive the valve plate to open based on sensor feedback, thereby increasing the flow rate. In addition, the working principle of the electric flow control valve also includes that when the controlled medium passes through the guide hole on the control valve body, due to the presence of a throttle port in the control valve body, the flow rate through the throttle port will decrease, resulting in a difference corresponding to the flow rate. This difference is greatly influenced by the deviation signal compared to the set value, and then the actuator is amplified to drive the actuator to open or close the valve.
