The working principle of an electric flow valve mainly relies on receiving signals from industrial automatic control systems, such as 4-20mA current signals, to drive the area between the valve core and valve seat, thereby controlling process parameters such as flow rate, temperature, and pressure of the pipeline medium, and achieving automatic adjustment function. Specifically, when fluid flows through an electric flow control valve, the half open, half closed, and fully open valve plates will affect the passage of fluid, thereby achieving flow regulation. When the fluid flow rate is greater than the set value, the sensor will send a signal to the intelligent actuator, and the intelligent actuator will drive the valve plate to gradually close, thereby reducing the flow rate. If the fluid flow rate is less than the set value, the flow control valve will automatically drive the valve plate to open based on sensor feedback, thereby increasing the flow rate. In addition, the working principle of the electric flow control valve also includes that when the controlled medium passes through the guide hole on the control valve body, due to the presence of a throttle port in the control valve body, the flow rate through the throttle port will decrease, resulting in a difference corresponding to the flow rate. Compared to the set value, this difference is heavily influenced by a deviation signal, which is then amplified to drive the actuator to open or close the valve.
