Secondly, the working principle

Dust gas enters the filter chamber through the ash hopper or flange port. Due to gravity settling, large particles of dust directly fall into the ash hopper. Fine dust is trapped by the filter bag, forming a dust layer, and the purified gas is discharged through the exhaust pipe. As the resistance of the filter bag increases, the pulse valve regularly starts high-pressure spraying to remove dust from the surface of the filter bag and maintain filtration efficiency.
