Detailed Introduction
The DMC-36 pulse dust collector adopts high-pressure (0.5-0.7MPa) high flow pulse valve to filter bag by bag blowing technology, which has the characteristics of high dust cleaning kinetic energy and good dust cleaning efficiency. Dust gas purification treatment systems are widely used in industries such as building materials, gold mining, chemical engineering, coal, and non-metallic mineral powder processing. They have small size, light weight, simple and compact structure, easy installation, and convenient maintenance (external filtration). It is an ideal equipment for environmental dust removal.
The DMC pulse bag filter is mainly composed of steel structure, ash hopper, upper box, middle box, inlet and outlet, filter bag, ash removal device, electrical control, etc.
The working principle of DMC-36 bag filter:
Dust laden gas enters through the inlet. When passing through the ash hopper, some large particles of dust in the gas fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper through inertia and gravity. The dusty gas enters the middle box filter bag filtration area through the ash hopper. Gas passes through the filter bag, and dust clogs the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag port and is then discharged through the air outlet.
As the filtration time prolongs, dust accumulates on the filter bag, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. The dust removal device begins to remove dust according to the set time. The electromagnetic pulse valve opens, and the compressed air expands appropriately in a short period of time, flowing into the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand, deform, and vibrate. Under the action of reverse airflow scouring, the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the ash hopper. After dust removal, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed and the dust removal chamber proceeds in sequence.
The dust left after filtering and removing the ash falls into the ash hopper, and then the ash hopper is discharged into the ash bin through the ash removal pipe of the unloader, and is centrally discharged from the ash bin through the unloader and scraper conveyor.
