The insulation bag dust collector adopts indoor air stop pulse jet dust removal technology, which overcomes the shortcomings of traditional pulse dust collectors and indoor back blowing dust collectors. Dust removal, low emission concentration, low air leakage rate, low energy consumption, low steel consumption, small footprint, stable operation, and good economic benefits.

The characteristics of the insulation bag dust collector are as follows:

(1) The insulation bag dust collector combines the advantages of rotary blowback and pulse cleaning, and adopts the pulse rotary blowback cleaning method. Therefore, there is no need to install multiple electromagnetic pulse valves like pulse cleaning and insulation bag filters, which reduces maintenance rates; By using pulse cleaning, the disadvantage of high air consumption in the rotating back blowing insulation bag dust collector is avoided, and the structure of the insulation bag dust collector is simplified without adding a back blowing fan.

(2) Adopting a side intake arrangement, including ash smoke entering from the bag side and filtered clean flue gas discharged from the upper part of the insulation bag dust collector. The system has low resistance, and the dust falls into the ash hopper after dust removal, resulting in a low secondary adsorption rate. The flue gas inlet is equipped with an airflow buffering and equalization device, which allows some coarse particles of dust in the dusty flue gas to settle and slide into the dust hopper of the dust collector after collision, avoiding direct collision and damage between dust particles and the bag filter bag, and protecting the filter bag of the dust collector.

(3) Adopting online dust removal operation mode. The bag type pulse dust removal bag can remove dust separately without the need for isolation from flue gas. The air duct slowly rotating above the small dust collector flower board sprays a large amount of air towards the opening at the upper end of the insulation bag dust removal bag. Compressed air is opposite to normal flue gas, causing the bag type pulse dust removal bag to open violently, shaking the upper dust and falling into the ash hopper of the lower insulation bag dust collector.

It consists of the following four parts:

3. Lower box: including positioning bracket, ash hopper, star shaped ash discharge valve, bracket.

4. Backblowing dust removal mechanism: including rotary arm, nozzle, circular blowback mechanism, circulating air duct, blowback duct, blowback blower, and rotary arm deceleration mechanism. The insulation bag dust collector is currently used as a dust collector, which can achieve dust removal effect. Relatively low cost, easy maintenance, simple operation, and wide application.
