Vertical boiler dust collector

The vertical boiler dust collector adopts principles such as inertial collision, condensation, centrifugal force, etc. Under the action of the induced draft fan, the flue gas descends from a height and impacts the liquid surface at high speed, forming water mist. Most of the particles sink into the water, and the atomized airflow is further collided and condensed by the dust collector splitter, forming a water ash mixture. The water ash mixture is separated by the cyclone impeller to achieve desulfurization, dust removal, and dehydration effects. This product also has an adjustable air cap that can be adjusted on the upper part of the equipment to accommodate various air volumes and control smoke flow. No matter how large the induced draft fan is, it will not carry water and corrode its supporting facilities, which not only reduces losses but also lowers maintenance costs.
