Detailed Introduction

1、 Working principle

The sludge is scraped off from the feed port through the movement of the scraper chain and pushed along the conveyor line to the discharge port. The scraper on the scraper chain pushes the sludge forward through the movement of the chain, achieving the purpose of conveying. During horizontal conveying, the material is subjected to the pressure of the scraper chain in the direction of movement and the weight of the material itself, generating internal friction between the materials and forming a continuous flow of material that is conveyed. When lifting vertically, the material is subjected to the pressure of the scraper chain in the direction of movement, generating lateral pressure in the horizontal direction to form internal friction force. At the same time, the lower material exerts a pushing force on the upper material, overcoming external friction resistance and the weight of the material itself, so that the material forms a continuous and integrated flow and is lifted.

2、 Structural composition

1. Scraper chain: It is the core component of the sludge scraper conveyor, consisting of a chain and a scraper. The chain drives the scraper to move, achieving the scraping and conveying of sludge.

2. Drive device: usually includes motors, reducers, etc., which convert the rotational power of the motor into linear motion power of the scraper chain, providing power support for equipment operation.

3. Tensioning device: used to adjust the tightness of the scraper chain, protect the chain from maintaining appropriate tension during operation, and prevent the chain from being too tight, which may affect the conveying effect.

4. Tray: As a load-bearing component for sludge, it provides support and transportation channels for sludge, and is generally made of wear-resistant (mainly based on actual reports) and corrosion-resistant (mainly based on actual reports) materials.

5. Chassis: It plays a role in sealing and protecting, preventing sludge leakage and flying, while also providing a frame for installing and supporting internal components.

1. Strong adaptability: It can adapt to the transportation of sludge with different concentrations, viscosities, and solid contents, and can transport both thin and thick sludge.

4. According to the unloading form: it can be divided into end unloading and side unloading.
