Chain scraper conveyor

The working principle of the circular scraper conveyor is to transport materials through the cyclic motion of the scraper chain. Specifically, when the transmission part of the machine head is started, it drives the sprocket on the machine head shaft to rotate, thereby causing the scraper chain to circulate. The scraper on the chain is fixed to the chain, forming a scraper chain as a traction component. The open chute serves as the load-bearing part of the material, and the scraper chain moves the animal material along the chute until the machine head unloads.

working process

Start: The motor drives the scraper chain wheel to rotate through the reducer, thereby sequentially pushing the scraper chain and scraper forward in an orderly manner.

Conveying: The material is driven by a scraper during its movement and continuously moves along the track direction of the conveyor. When the scraper sprocket rotates and pushes the scraper chain and scraper to the other end of the conveyor, the material will be unloaded, thus completing a smooth material conveying process.
