Detailed Introduction
The 120 bag single machine dust collector is a small bag filter with two dust removal methods: online spray dust removal and offline spray dust removal. Compared with other single machines in China, the high flow pulse valve with high pressure (0.5~0.7MPa) has the advantages of good dust removal effect, good purification efficiency, long filter cloth life, small maintenance workload, good operating performance, small volume, light weight, simple and compact structure, easy installation, and convenient maintenance (external filter). The dust gas purification treatment system is widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, coal, and non-metallic mineral powder processing, and is an ideal equipment for environmental dust removal.
Structure and working principle of 120 bag single machine dust collector
1. Single bag dust collector structure
The device mainly consists of the following parts:
Box body: including bag chamber, clean air chamber, porous plate, filter bag, filter bag skeleton, maintenance door, box body design with a pressure resistance of 5000Pa.
Spray system: including main air pipe, spray pipe, pulse valve, and controller.
There are two forms of intake and exhaust parts: one is the standard ash hopper type, and the other is the open flange type.
2. Working principle
The dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the inlet or enters the filter bag chamber by opening the flange. The dust containing gas is filtered into clean gas through a filter bag and enters the clean air chamber. Then, it is discharged through the exhaust port of the clean air chamber by a fan. Dust accumulates and adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag, increasing the resistance of the bag filter. In order to ensure that the resistance of the equipment does not exceed 1200Pa, the bag filter needs to work regularly to remove dust from the filter bag. Dust cleaning is a process in which the program controller periodically activates the pulse valve to compress air (0.5~0.7MPa) in the air bag. The nozzle hole (referred to as the primary air) induces surrounding air (referred to as the secondary air) several times the primary air through the Venturi tube into the filter bag. The instantaneous speed is suitable for expansion, and the dust is shaken off in the opposite direction of the airflow, achieving the purpose of dust removal.
