Detailed Introduction

The MC-II pulse bag filter is a new type of pulse bag filter improved on the basis of the MC-I type. The modified MC-II pulse bag filter retains the advantages of MC-I type, such as good purification efficiency, large body handling capacity, stable performance, easy operation, long filter bag life, and low maintenance workload.

The MC-II pulse bag filter has undergone structural and pulse valve reforms to solve the problems of outdoor placement and low compressed air pressure.

The MC-II pulse bag filter is suitable for mechanical, metallurgical, rubber, flour, chemical, pharmaceutical, carbon, building materials, mining and other units.

Advantages of MC-II pulse bag filter:

1. Bag filter can capture fine dust with a particle size greater than 0.3 microns and has good dust removal efficiency;

2. Flexible to use, bag filters can handle air volumes ranging from hundreds of cubic meters per hour to hundreds of thousands of cubic meters per hour. They can be used as small units directly located indoors near machine tools, or as large dust removal rooms, known as "bag rooms";

3. Bag filter has a relatively simple structure, stable operation, less initial investment (compared to electrostatic precipitators), and easy maintenance. Therefore, bag filters are more commonly used for dust pollution, environmental improvement, and material recycling;

4. Dust handling is easy. Bag filter is a dry dust removal equipment that does not require water, so there is no problem with sewage treatment or mud treatment, and the collected dust is easy to recycle.

Disadvantages:

1. Some flue gases contain a high amount of moisture or carry dust with strong hygroscopicity, often causing the filter bags of bag filters to stick and block the filter material; The bag filter works normally, and the drying or insulation measures taken will prevent moisture in the gas from condensing.

2. Some types of bag filter workers have poor working conditions and need to enter the box for inspection and replacement of filter bags, which is quite troublesome;

3. The filter bag of a bag filter has the ability to withstand temperature. Cotton and woolen filter media can withstand temperatures of 80-95 degrees, synthetic fiber filter media can withstand temperatures of 200-260 degrees, and glass fiber filter media can withstand temperatures of 280 degrees. When purifying high temperature flue gas, measures should be taken to reduce the temperature of the flue gas;

4. The filter material of bag filter is mostly made of cotton or glass fiber, so its effectiveness in filtering short fiber dust will be relatively weakened.
