Detailed Introduction
The II pulse bag filter I in the MC original pulse bag filter has been greatly improved in terms of type, with a reasonable structure, low injection pressure, good dust removal effect, and low maintenance workload. It is currently the ideal pulse bag filter.
Characteristics of MC pulse bag filter:
1. The MC-II pulse dust collector retains the advantages of the original MC-I type based dust collector, using a low resistance QMF-20P pulse valve, which extends the control system and filter bag of the dust collector by more than twice compared to the MC-I model, reducing maintenance workload.
2. The compressed air used for dust cleaning has been reduced from the original 5-7kg/cm2 pressure to the current 3kg/cm2 pressure, but the dust cleaning effect can still reach the effect of 5-7kg/cm2 pressure, thus expanding the range of use.
3. Due to the improvement of the structure, the tightness of the equipment has been greatly increased, and the air leakage can be less than 10%, further improving the product quality.
4. We have reformed the method of fixing the cover removal device and filter bag, mainly to understand the actual effect and labor conditions of equipment maintenance.
5. The spraying device has added a protective cover, and the cover structure has taken rainproof measures, so that the dust collector does not need to set up a rain shelter in the open air, reducing construction investment.
6. The ash removal section is equipped with a YJD series automatic rotating ash removal valve combination air shut-off device, which is originally a mixing dragon. Expand the ash removal effect, reduce maintenance, seal tightly, and remove ash quickly.
MC-II pulse bag filter; The basic structure mainly consists of five parts.
1. Upper box: composed of a liftable cover plate and an air outlet;
2. Box body: composed of porous plate, filter bag device, and Venturi tube;
3. Lower box: composed of air inlet, ash hopper, and inspection door;
4. Ash discharge system: composed of deceleration device, ash conveying device, and ash discharge device;
5. Spray system: composed of controller, control valve, pulse valve, spray tube, airbag and protective device;
6. The WMK pulse non-contact controller adopts the JMK-2 pulse controller.
