3. The pulse jet system consists of a recoil header, electromagnetic pulse valve, pressure joint, nozzle tube, bracket, etc. Each filter bag has a compressed air nozzle tube at the top. Generally, each row of filter bags is set to pulse back blow once every 10 seconds, and the timer starts the solenoid valve once to spray pulse back air into the filter bags for dust removal.

4. The control system mainly consists of a pulse jet controller, BMC computer control cabinet, thermal resistance thermometer, static pressure measuring point, material level indicator, and measuring components.

5. The offline protection system is mainly composed of bypass valve, spray cooling system, thermometer, pressure detection device and filter bag leakage detection device. A thermometer is installed at the inlet of the dust collector. When the flue gas temperature is too high or the boiler tail is reburning, start the spray cooling system and spray water for emergency cooling to avoid burning the filter bag. If the cooling system cannot reduce the flue gas temperature to the normal operating range of the bag filter, or if boiler ignition and low load require fuel injection combustion, in order to avoid direct oil fume entering the dust collector, causing the filter cloth powder layer to harden and affecting the normal operation of the dust collector, the bypass valve should be opened, and the flue gas should be directly discharged through the bypass flue to avoid damaging the filter bag. Install a filter bag leak detection device in the clean air chamber to promptly alert when the filter bag is damaged.

When the dust adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag reaches a certain value, the program controls pulse blowing, that is, high-pressure air enters the long tube, purified gas enters the filter bag, forms a large pressure difference, removes dust, and achieves the purpose of dust removal, making the resistance of the entire equipment and system stable. The blown dust falls into the bottom of the lower box and is discharged and recovered by the screw conveyor.
