GMC type pulse bag filter
GMC pulse bag filter; Adopting high-pressure (0.5~0.4MPa) high flow pulse valve to spray dust removal technology through filter bags one by one. Gas with a content exceeding 370% in the dust removal of waste gases such as shaft kilns, dryers, and clinker coolers in the cement industry, with a particle size of 5 μ m, can operate stably and have an emission concentration of less than 100mg/Nm3.
Performance characteristics of GMC pulse bag filter:
1. The air inlet is combined with the air outlet, separated by inclined partitions, and the airflow is evenly distributed. It plays a role in pre collecting dust and blocking sparks, avoiding direct erosion of the bag by dust, reducing dust concentration, and extending the service life of the filter bag and pulse valve.
2. The filter bag is made of cloth bag and the working temperature is less than 200 ℃.
3. The sealing materials for dust collectors are all made of materials.
4. Adopting an extended ash cleaning jet pipe to keep the pulse solenoid valve away from high-temperature flue gas and avoid high-temperature damage to the valve disc of the pulse solenoid valve.
5. The filter bag mouth adopts an elastic lifting ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm.
6. The filter bag skeleton is circular, reducing friction between the filter bag and the skeleton, extending the service life of the filter bag, and facilitating disassembly.
7. Using the upper bag extraction method, when changing the bag, open the top cover door and pull out the skeleton to replace the bag. The operating conditions for changing the bag are as follows.
8. The dust cleaning control adopts timed, pressure controlled, and manual control. Every cleaning cycle, each row of filter bags is cleaned in sequence.
9. Using rock wool insulation layer to wrap the dust collector to avoid condensation inside the dust collector.
10. Install a bypass valve at the air inlet to prevent damage to the bag due to high temperature.
11. Install high temperature alarm device and filter bag leak detection device.
The GMC pulse bag filter is composed of ash hopper, box body, filter bag, automatic dust removal spray device, etc. During operation, high-temperature flue gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet and first encounters the inclined partition in the middle of the air inlet. The airflow flows downwards into the ash hopper. Coarse dust particles settle directly into the bottom of the ash hopper due to gravity, playing a role in pre collecting dust. At the same time, the airflow speed slows down. Slight dust rotates upward with the airflow, and the dust is blocked by the filter bag and accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag. The filtered clean gas enters the upper clean air chamber of the box through the filter bag and reaches the air outlet. The atmosphere is discharged through the induced draft fan. The dust adhering to the outer wall of the filter bag is increasing. When the set time or pressure difference is reached, the pulse controller sequentially triggers and opens the pulse solenoid valve, allowing the compressed air in the compressed air bag to remove the pulse of each row of filter bags through the blowing pipe, causing the filter bags to instantly generate dust with a suitable speed that adheres to the outer wall of the filter bags, expands and shakes off, and the dust peeled off from the filter bags settles into the ash hopper, which is discharged through the ash discharge valve.
