Detailed Introduction
DDF pulse back blowing bag filter
DDF pulse back blowing bag dust collector is a cost reducing device that protects the physical and mental health of operators and people, crop growth, mechanical equipment wear and tear, social environmental pollution, and useful dust recovery.
In June 1986, after appraisal by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry and the Ministry of Machinery Industry, the DDF pulse back blowing bag filter was rated as a similar product in the late 1980s.
The DDF pulse back blowing bag dust collector is mainly composed of an upper box, a middle box, an ash hopper, an intake manifold, a support filter bag, a blowing device, and an ash removal device. Widely used in enterprises such as steel mills, smelters, cement plants, carbon black plants, and power plants for purifying and recovering smoke and dust generated from smelting, crushing, screening, and combustion.
The working principle of DDF pulse back blowing bag filter:
The DDF pulse back blowing bag filter is divided into positive pressure (also known as press in type) and negative pressure (also known as suction type), and this manual introduces the negative pressure type.
Under negative pressure, dusty gas enters the ash hopper from each inlet pipe, and the inlet is equipped with a baffle plate. Thick dust falls into the ash hopper by gravity. Fine particulate dust is filtered through the dust removal filter bag and adsorbed on the inner wall of the dust removal filter bag. The purified gas is drawn into the fan through the exhaust pipe of the clean air chamber through the switching valve on the top of the equipment, and then discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe.
The structural characteristics of DDF pulse back blowing bag filter:
Good sales, when the resistance rises to the specified value, the amount of dust attached to the filter bag continues to increase, and dust cleaning begins.
2. DDF pulse back blowing bag filter; The dust removal method depends on the single chamber back blowing. During blowback, close the exhaust pipe through the directional valve, open the blowback pipe, and cut off the single chamber exhaust.
3. Due to the connection of the intake pipes in each room of the equipment, it is in a negative pressure state. As a result of the negative pressure suction from adjacent rooms, the airflow is drawn into the filter bag chamber through the anti blowing pipe. Through the filter bag, the airflow enters the inner side from the outside of the filter bag, and is sucked into the adjacent room through the ash hopper and room inlet pipe for discharge. At this point, the filter bag is absorbed.
4. The dust inside the filter bag is shaken off and sinks into the settling ash hopper, completing the dust removal of a single room. Under the control of the dust cleaning actuator, other rooms are cleaned in the same order. Stop cleaning when removing values.
