Bag filter is a dry dust removal device. Suitable for collecting small, dry, and non fiber dust. The filter bag is made of textile filter cloth or non-woven felt. Dust containing gases are filtered through fiber fabrics. When dusty gas enters the bag filter, due to the effect of gravity, larger particles and a larger proportion of dust will settle and fall into the ash hopper. When gas containing fine dust passes through the filter material, the dust will be blocked and the gas will be purified on a large scale.

Bag filter; After using the filter material for a period of time, due to filtration, collision, retention, diffusion, and electrostatic effects, a layer of dust accumulates on the surface of the filter bag, called the primary layer. During the movement process, the primary layer becomes the main filtering layer of the filter material. By relying on the primary effect, the large mesh filter material can also achieve high filtration efficiency. The efficiency and resistance of the dust collector increase correspondingly with the accumulation of dust on the surface of the filter material. When the pressure difference between the two sides of the filter material is large, it will squeeze some small dust particles attached to the filter material, reducing the efficiency of the dust collector. In addition, excessive resistance of the dust collector will significantly reduce the air volume of the dust removal system. Therefore, after the resistance of the dust collector reaches a certain value, dust should be removed in a timely manner. Do not damage the initial layer during dust cleaning to avoid reducing efficiency.

Bag filter has good dust removal efficiency, which is closely related to its dust removal mechanism. The dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the inlet pipe and guide plate under the dust collector. Due to the collision of the deflector and the decrease in gas velocity, coarse dust particles fall into the ash hopper, while the remaining small dust particles enter the filter bag chamber with the gas. Due to inertia, diffusion, barriers, hooks, static electricity, and dust clogging in the filter bag, the purified gas escapes the bag and is discharged through the exhaust pipe. The accumulated dust on the filter bag is removed by gas backwashing method, and the removed dust is sent to the ash hopper and discharged to the ash conveying device through a double-layer ash discharge valve. The dust accumulation on the filter bag can also be removed by spraying a pulse airflow to achieve the purpose of cleaning. The removed dust is discharged by the dust removal device. The dust removal efficiency of bag filter also depends on the filter material. The performance and service life of bag filters are directly related to the performance and quality of filter materials. Filter materials are the main materials used to manufacture filter bags, and their performance and quality have influenced the application scope and service life of bag filter technology.
