Due to the filtration process, the dust on the surface of the filter cartridge gradually increases, forming a layer of dust cake. At this point, the control system will initiate the dust cleaning program to remove the dust cake on the surface of the cylinder through pulse blowing and other methods, restoring the filtering capacity of the filter cartridge. The clean flue gas purified by the filter cartridge is finally discharged through the exhaust outlet, which meets environmental protection requirements. At the same time, the collected dust is regularly discharged through the ash removal device for subsequent processing.
