Detailed Introduction
1、 The working principle of an electric three-way valve mainly includes two forms: merging and splitting. The electric three-way regulating valve consists of an electric actuator and a three-way merging or three-way diverging regulating valve. The opening of the valve is driven by a power source and controlled by a standard signal. The function of a merging valve is to merge two fluids into one fluid, while a diverging valve divides one fluid into two fluids. Diverting and merging can only be selected accordingly, but when the diameter of the three-way regulating valve is greater than 80 millimeters, the merging valve can be used in diversion situations, saving investment and occupying less space.
2、 Structural composition
A three-way electric control valve usually consists of an electric actuator and a three-way merging or diverging control valve. To control the opening of the valve, the electric actuator provides power and receives standard signals.
3、 Type
There are two main types of three-way electric regulating valves: merging and diverging:
Confluence valve: Combine two fluids into one fluid.
Diverter valve: divides a fluid into two fluids.
4、 Application scenarios
In heat exchange, electric three-way regulating valves are widely used for regulating two types of media and simple proportioning, with the advantages of saving investment and occupying small space.
