Sealing advantages of high-temperature resistant (based on actual reports) unloader:

1) Excellent sealing, stable sealing state, and low leakage during long-term operation, with a leakage rate of about 1% of soft packing sealing.

Secondly, it has a long service life, generally reaching 1-2 years or more in oil-water media. Usually work in chemical media for more than six months.

3) Low friction power consumption, with friction power only 10%~50% of that of soft packing seals

4) The shaft or sleeve has little friction.

5) The maintenance cycle is long. After the end face is worn, it can be automatically compensated and generally does not require regular maintenance.

6) Seismic resistance (based on actual reports) is not sensitive to the vibration of the rotating shaft and the deviation of the shaft from the sealing chamber.

7) Mechanical seals can be used for sealing high temperature, low temperature, high pressure, vacuum, different rotation frequencies, various corrosive media, and abrasive media.
